Dear Decision Makers in Amsterdam
Trees have incredible symbolic value – you must have learned it by now. The one chestnut tree had value for Anne Frank but this value has now been multiplied by the millions because of the many stories that it tells about European history.
I’m sure you’ll find another solution to celebrate a landmark tree – than killing it.
